Challenge: Garden centers needed a mobile-first commerce experience for in-store scanning, real-time inventory across locations, order-ahead, and loyalty — with a 10,000+ SKU catalog that changes with the seasons and a hard launch date before spring.

Build: React Native app for iOS and Android shipped in a 16-week MVP: barcode scanning, live inventory synced with WooCommerce/Magento and POS, Stripe checkout with pickup/delivery scheduling, wishlists, loyalty, workshop booking, offline browsing, and a staff mode.

HubSpot + Salesforce + CloudCraze commerce integration — warehousing & packaging supplier

Challenge: A new warehousing and packaging supplies business had pre-selected HubSpot for marketing, Salesforce for catalog and sales data, and Salesforce CloudCraze for eCommerce — with no way to make them work together. Their design agency needed an integration partner; other developers had declined.

Build: Custom scripting in the CloudCraze environment and an integrated online catalog of ~1,600 products across categories, wired to Salesforce and HubSpot so the client could self-manage pricing, product details, and photos. Rolled out in about four months (Sept 2018 – Jan 2019, $50k–$70k).
